This is what happens on a slow day at work.

Caught in the act!

Here's an interesting picture of one of my customers coming in the back door of my shop just as I snapped a pic of my almost finished dragon. He was surprised and blinded all in one!

How about that Pony...

I didn't realize it at the time, but look at that pony...isn't that the craziest thing? It looks like a stuffed animal. It was real I remember...a man came to the door and asked my Mom if she wanted a picture of her daughter on the pony for a small fee! And there we are. If I could find the pictures, all the woman in our family have the pony pic syndrome, starting with my mother! I had to share this picture too because... I ran out of dragons!

A top coat of varnish is all that's left...

This dragon is probably getting to be old news but I have only to put a coat of varnish and he will be done!

Getting closer...

Now the tiny details, I'm always anxouis at this point to finish yet it's bitter sweet like saying goodbye to an old friend. I have two new dragons to begin so I have to make myself finish this one. I love the colors on this one. They weren't planned it just felt right!
