Thank you everyone for your kind comments! As you can see I haven't started on the ears yet...soon! He is coming right along though. I was sick all week so I just began painting him yesterday. Now a little more today, and tomorrow I'll get up early and come spend some time with him, he's on his way to taking his first breath!
Oh yeah...in the last picture that's my youngest daughter, Shannon. She thought it would be funny to jump into my picture! She's the one wearing the glasses!

He's gorgeous! Puff eat your heart out!! I'm wondering (always the technical here)what did you use as a substructure? is he netted and then clay over top? I can never get anything that stics out not to break off! LOL - you are def. a master!
