- I have three blogs, one is for my dragons that I make from air dry clay. The other is for my other art... what ever I am into at the time. And the third is for some of my poetry. A friend of mine (Ros, you know who you are) ispired me to post my writings. I am a retired musician and a barber. I run a shop called Sweeney's in Tucson, with my youngest daughter, and my oldest daughter is a radiology tech assitant and dance teacher! I played music 5 nights a week for 20 years with my husband and step-son, and now I have time for my art! Hope you enjoy it! Misty

I love following the progress of you dragons.... Don't stop!
What about a yawning dragon one day? A chance to show off all those teeth!

i originally thought this one was silver, but he looks golden in this shot ... what color is he? ... doesn't make much of a difference as he's pretty darned magnificent. :)

I was trying to get more sinister lighting and took a flood lamp with white light and lit him from underneath! He does have a golden glow tho doesn't he? I painted him silver with shades of black glazes for shading. His teeth are cream with white highlights and around the gum line a pastel of pumpkin color...because it's common knowledge that dragons have a tendency not to use dental flaws as often as they should. (I'm just saying!)
