Somethings beginning to stir...in the Twilight!

Well I knew it would return, my love of all things Vampire! When I was a kid, I use to ditch school or try and fake an illness (my mom was a registered nurse so that didn't work) to stay home to watch "Dark Shadows" a TV soap opera full of Vampires, Victorian Mansions, and time travel...just my cup of tea! Incidentally...Johnny Depp will be making the movie "Dark Shadows" soon and portraying Barnebas Collins The Main Vampire!(with Tim Burton's help) I personally have been waiting for Depp to be a Vampire for years. But Cedric Diggory isn't bad either!
"Twilight"... Loved it, The book and the movie, now "New Moon" is peeking through the clouds and I can feel a moon burn coming on, (Silly huh?) but fun. New Moon photos on "you tube" gave me chills and made me cry. If you haven't read the book don't go look because there's a spoiler, if you have read the book...check it out. It's really nice to see!
One more thing about my dark side...I write bad poetry, I will now subject everyone who is bored enough to read my scribblings!
Thank you, Misty
Moonlight

As the sun leaves the sky, the moon rises above, I wait in my chamber for my one true love.

He is there at my window, bathed in the moonlight...my heart skips a beat as he comes into sight.

As I beckon him in and I nod my consent, he crosses the threshold and makes his descent.

Touching my skin with his cool, smooth hands, I kiss his lips sweetly and I await his demands.

I feel safe and alive, while in his embrace then I look in his eyes as he kisses my face.

There's something within that I can't recognize, it's hidden down deep in the depths of his eyes.

My body betrays me...as he kisses my neck his lips feel like fire as they continue thier trek.

His mouth glides like silk to the pulse of my heart, then with no hint of warning, he halts with a start.

The pain is exquisite, as it floods through my viens, my lips part to scream but in silence I remain.

I lie still as he feeds, his long hair on my breast, I am so sad to find... life's no longer my quest!

Misty, Love -- one day you're going to have to explain to me the appeal of the Twilight series.

Earnestly, I tried ready two of them and watched the first movie... and felt propelled back into embarrassing memories of adolescent crushdom without quite seeing the substance of it all.

:) But I'm glad you're happy.

It's okay, I love oatmeal and my little 8 year old granddaughter gags when she puts a spoonful in her mouth! My oldest daughter hates broccoli and I love it, maybe all my taste is in my mouth. Twilight did make me happy(Thank you very much) I just love, love! Beyond that, no excuses! I love the fact too, that everyone isn't the same...
