Selling art is bitter sweet...
These two dragons and a purple one I made are my favorites out of all the dragons I have made. I don't possess any dragons right now they've all gone on to new homes, that's the hardest part about selling...you can no longer run your hands over them. I guess it does make us continue creating though and that's really what it's about, creation that's what we were meant to do.
I would be so sad to learn that you ever stopped, so, yes, it is a good thing ... and thank goodness you have photo's ... are none of them within visiting distance?
Well of course...who would want to give them wonderful personalities up? The new families will be good....How wonderful you can create something so special that will live a forever Hugs Linda
I don't think I could part with these dragons...God they so freaking amazing... I might have to have you make one! LOL Letting them go I can see how hard this would be...but know what pleasure and excitement that you bring to their new owners! How wonderful! Cheers!
Many of the sculptures and art pieces on this blog have been sold...but many are still available for purchase! Please leave me a comment or e-mail at mystapring@Yahoo.com if interested in purchaseing.

Don't forget..have ye a need for a dragon, I know where to get 'em! Please check out my older posts for more Dragon photos. And follow this link to my Art Gecko Studio blog, right now it has only dragons but as time goes on I will add more of my other art!
I have three blogs, one is for my dragons that I make from air dry clay. The other is for my other art... what ever I am into at the time. And the third is for some of my poetry. A friend of mine (Ros, you know who you are) ispired me to post my writings.
I am a retired musician and a barber. I run a shop called Sweeney's in Tucson, with my youngest daughter, and my oldest daughter is a radiology tech assitant and dance teacher! I played music 5 nights a week for 20 years with my husband and step-son, and now I have time for my art! Hope you enjoy it!
